September brings a mix of reflection, celebration, and fresh starts. We begin the month with Labor Day on September 1st, honoring the hard work and contributions of American workers. On September 11th, we pause to remember and honor the lives lost on Patriot Day. Later in the month, September 22nd marks the first day of Fall, a season of new routines, cooler days, and changing leaves here in Northern Wisconsin. For a fun celebration, don’t forget National Cheese Pizza Day on September 5th or National Coffee Day on September 29th—two Wisconsin favorites in their own right!

A little about Me: I grew up in Eau Claire WI and I attended UW-Stout in Menomonie WI, where I received my B.A. in Education. When I graduated in 2001, I started my career with State Farm as an agent in May of 2002. I’m proud to be a part of the Superior Northern WI area community. My wife and I are residents of Lake Nebagamon and we have found it a great place to raise our two girls. We spend our time exploring all Wisconsin has to offer. I’m an avid hunter and fisherman.
